Section 45-25-7 - Application fee7.1. Any person who applies for a permit for the construction and/or operation of an air emitting hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facility shall submit as part of the permit application a money order or cashier's check payable to the Division of Air Quality for deposit into the Air Pollution Control Fund. The fee shall be determined by the schedule set forth below: Activity | Fee |
Hazardous waste management facilities | $5,000 |
Class 2, 3 modifications or renewals of permits and 40 C.F.R.§ 270.41 for hazardous waste management facilities | $1,000 |
Class 1 modifications | $500 |
7.2. These application fees shall be in addition to any fee required by the Hazardous Waste Management System rule, 33CSR20.
