Section 27-10-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes standards for license renewal requirements, continuing professional education requirements, and the sanctions to be imposed for failure to comply with the requirements.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 30-31-5 and § 30-31-6.1.3. Filing Date. -- June 5, 2017.1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2017.1.5. Sunset Provision. - This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon the expiration of July 1, 2027.
