Section 27-8-11 - Responsibilities of Licensees11.1. Licensees shall familiarize themselves with the most current provisions of the W. Va. Code 30-31-1 et seq, the Code of Ethics of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and practice therapy in accordance with the law and all rules promulgated by the Board.11.2. A licensee shall notify the Board within thirty (30) days of any change of his or her legal name, primary address, telephone number, email address or similar change of location or status via a modality approved by the Board.11.3. A licensee shall notify the Board in writing within thirty (30) days of witnessing what may constitute, in his or her best judgment, professional misconduct by another marriage and family therapist.
