Section 208-1-5 - Required Public Notice5.1. Pursuant to W. Va. Code § 31-15C-10(a), the Council shall submit a notice to the Secretary of State for publication in the State Register, upon receipt of the first completed application received for each Type 2 or Type 3 unserved area.
