Section 172-1-3 - Office of the Authority3.1. The principal office of the Authority shall be located in Hardy County, West Virginia. Regional sub offices may be located at such other places as the Board of Directors may, by resolution, so designate.3.2. The Board of Directors may, by resolution, change the location of any regional office of the Authority.
