Scope. -- This rule establishes requirements for the recordation and retention in a single repository of information regarding the prescribing, dispensing and consumption of certain controlled substances, drugs of concern, and opioid antagonists.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 30-5-7, 60A-9-6, and 60A-9-9.1.3. Filing Date. -- April 14, 20221.4. Effective Date. -- April 14, 20221.5. Sunset Date. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon August 1, 2027.
