Section 143-4-5 - Records and Reports5.1. The Director or authorized appointing authority shall maintain confidential records and reports pertaining to reference information and background investigations in a separate file.5.2. The appointing authority shall provide all information and reports requested by the Division of Personnel pursuant to this rule in accordance with procedures established by the Division of Personnel.
