Section 127-4-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- These rules govern conduct for active and spectator participants, coaches and all other school personnel at interscholastic athletic events.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Constitution, Article XII, §2 and W. Va. Code § 18-2-5 and §18-2-25 et seq.1.3. Filing Date. -- July 8, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- September 6, 2024.1.5. Repeal of Former Rule. -- This legislative rule amends W. Va. 127CSR4, West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission Series 4, Provisions Governing Conduct, filed July 12, 2023, and effective September 11, 2023.
