Section 110-16-28a - Smoking and Nonsmoking Sections

28a.1. If smoking is permitted during the conduct of any bingo, super-bingo or limited occasion bingo occasion, any bingo operator who distributes more than 100 bingo cards and/or bingo sheets at the occasion shall provide smoking and nonsmoking sections.
