Interfering with a university complaint process is a violation of the code. This includes, but is not limited to:
(1) Giving a false report or claim;(2) Attempting to influence the impartiality of any decision maker including appeals board member(s);(3) Participating in or encouraging retaliation against a complainant or witness;(4) Threatening, harassing, or intimidating complainants or witnesses;(5) Disrupting or interfering with the orderly conduct of a hearing or meeting; and(6) Failing to comply with any sanction(s) imposed as the result of a code violation.Wash.
