Clover Park Technical College is covered by section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 prohibiting discrimination on the basis of handicap in education. Applicants for admission, enrolled students, applicants for employment, or employees of Clover Park Technical College who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of handicap may lodge an institutional grievance by following the procedures below.
