Section 460-24A-030 - Use of the term "investment counsel" is prohibited

If you are an investment adviser or investment adviser representative, you must not use the title "investment counsel" in the conduct of your business nor represent that you are an "investment counsel" nor use the term "investment counsel" as descriptive of your business where such use is prohibited under the provisions of the Federal Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.
