Section 446-20-140 - Challenge - Agency to make determinationThe agency which initiated the criminal history record information being challenged must:
(1) Not later than ten business days after receiving the written challenge, acknowledge receipt of the challenge in writing; and(2) Promptly, but in no event later than ten business days after acknowledging receipt of the challenge, either: (a) Make any correction of any portion of the criminal history record information which the person challenging such information has designated as being inaccurate or incomplete.(b) Inform the person challenging the criminal history record information, in writing, of the refusal to amend the criminal history record information, the reason for the refusal, and the procedures for review of that refusal.Wash.
