Section 434-04-090 - Uses exempt from application process

Uses of the seal which received written authorization from the secretary before September 1, 1989 shall continue to be authorized provided that:

(1) No changes in the use or in the item occur. Any changes must be approved through the application process; and

(2) The use is not commercial.
