Wash. Admin. Code § 391-25-550
The election officer shall prepare and issue a tally of the votes cast on unchallenged ballots and the number of challenged ballots. The tally must indicate whether the results of the election were conclusive or inconclusive. After the resolution of challenged ballots affecting the results of the election, a revised tally must be issued.
