Section 390-28-060 - Hearing to modify reporting- Brief adjudicatory proceedings-Presiding officer

Reporting modification requests may be heard in a brief adjudicatory proceeding, as provided under the Administrative Procedure Act, RCW 34.05.482 through 34.05.494, and WAC 390-37-140 through 390-37-144. The commission may preside over the proceedings. Alternatively, one of the following persons may act as the presiding officer: The commission chair; another commissioner appointed by the chair; or, at the request of the commission chair, an administrative law judge through the office of administrative hearings.
