Section 388-845-1916 - Who may be a qualified provider of speech, hearing, and language services? To be a qualified provider of speech, hearing, and language services, a person must:
(1) Be licensed, registered, and certified as an audiologist or speech pathologist as required by law or work under the supervision of a qualified speech pathologist or audiolo-gist;(2) Be contracted with the developmental disabilities administration to provide speech, hearing, and language services; and(3) Have a core provider agreement with the health care authority.Wash.
