Section 388-845-0510 - Are there limits to the positive behavior support and consultation you may receive?
(1) Clinical and support needs for positive behavior support and consultation must be identified in your DDA assessment and documented in the person-centered service plan.
(2) DDA determines the amount of positive behavior support and consultation you may receive based on your needs and information from your treating professional.
(3) Positive behavior sup-port and consultation is closed to new enrollment effective September 1, 2022.
(4) DDA must not authorize positive behavior support and consul-tation for service dates on or after September 1, 2023.
(5) Effective September 1, 2022, a community protection partici-pant currently receiving positive behavior support and consultation shall only be eligible for that service until the end of their waiver year.
(6) DDA may require a second opinion from a DDA-selected provider.
