Section 388-147-1465 - If I have health care staff, what are their qualifications?(1) If your program requires health care staff, they must:(a) Meet the full professional competency requirements in their respective field; and(b) Maintain their certification or licensure as required by the department of health.(2) Applicants with current and active medical licenses or certificates (nurses, physicians and EMS personnel) may submit their licenses or certificates to satisfy the first aid and CPR requirement.Wash.
