Section 388-147-1345 - What are the roles of the department and the CPA?(1) We license CPAs, including tribal CPAs, to supervise foster homes. You are authorized to certify to the department that a foster home meets the licensing regulations contained in chapter 388-148 WAC.(2) You have the discretion to certify or not to certify a foster home.(3) You may, at your discretion, have additional regulations for a foster home to become and remain a licensed foster home under your supervision.(4) The department has the final approval for licensing a foster home that you have certified.Wash.
