Section 388-147-1710 - How will the department process a complaint against my agency?(1) If there is a complaint filed against you or your agency we will investigate to determine if you have violated the Washington Administrative Code and whether you have complied with your approved program description.(2) Families adopting internationally may file complaints with the Hague Convention Complaint Registry with the federal government.Wash.
