Section 388-147-1660 - What qualifications must adoption services staff meet?(1) Your agency must have staff serving in the roles of executive director, program manager, and case managers as identified in WAC 388-147-1440 through 388-148-1490.(2) Staff may serve in multiple roles, but must meet the qualifications of each program role.(3) Agencies providing inter-country adoptions must also have an individual on staff with experience in providing inter-country adoptions.Wash.
