Section 388-145-2135 - How is capacity determined for a facility that provides services to pregnant and parenting youth?(1) We count the number of parents and children in determining capacity.(2) The space required for a parent and infant bedroom needs to be considered when determining the capacity of a group care facility providing pregnant and parenting youth services.
