Section 388-78A-2560 - Administrator responsibilitiesThe licensee must ensure the administrator:
(1) Directs and supervises the overall twenty-four-hour-per-day operation of the boarding home;(2) Ensures residents receive adequate care and services that meet the standards of this chapter;(3) Is readily accessible to meet with residents;(4) Complies with the boarding home's policies;(5) When the administrator is not available on the premises, either: (a) Is available by telephone or electronic pager; or(b) Designates a person approved by the licensee to act in place of the administrator. The designee must be: (i) Qualified by experience to assume designated duties; and(ii) Authorized to make necessary decisions and direct operations of the boarding home during the administrator's absence.Wash.
