Section 388-107-0550 - Contracted basic services

If the provider does not intend to provide basic services in-house, the provider must contract with an outside source to provide those services. The provider must ensure that the contracted services, at a minimum, meet applicable state, local, and licensing standards. Basic services include, but are not limited to:

(1) Housekeeping services;

(2) Food services; and

(3) Laundry services.
