Section 365-220-095 - What happens when fees are past due?

Accounts with fees that are not paid for a period of ninety days will be closed. The primary representative of an account will be sent notification that the account will be closed prior to its closure. The governing board or its designee will make a determination regarding the disposition of any remaining money in the individual trust account.
