Section 357-04-095 - How does the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and the Washington State Minimum Wage Act relate to the Washington state civil service rules?

Employers must comply with the civil service rules unless doing so causes them to violate chapter 49.46 RCW or the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
