Section 332-08-255 - Forest practices - Timing of BAP decision

When will a BAP decision be made? Within ten days of completing the BAP hearing on a forest practices notice to comply, the department shall issue a final order either withdrawing its notice to comply or clearly setting forth the specific course of action to be followed by the recipient of the notice to comply.
