Section 326-07-090 - Inspection and copying
(1) Inspection of public records shall be made in the presence of the public records officer or, in his or her absence, the presence of the appropriate staff member.
(2) Copying of public records shall be performed only by the public records officer or, in his or her absence, the appropriate staff member.
