Section 308-66-214 - Incorporation of licensee while licensed

What if I incorporate while licensed? A licensee which incorporates or forms a limited liability company while licensed shall file a new application for the appropriate license and the fee will be the same as for an original application.

The special license plates issued to the original licensee(s) may be assigned to the new licensee upon request.
