Section 308-420-230 - Rainchecks(1) In the event rainchecks, in lieu of an offered item are provided to recipients, a report will be due to the agency by the 10th of each month, listing all rainchecks outstanding as of the last day of the preceding month and indicating deliveries of any previously reported rainchecked items.(2) All gifts, prizes, awards, sweepstakes, premiums, free items or other items, with the exception of the major incentives with odds of 1:1,000 or greater must be available for display to the recipient prior to the sales presentation. In the event rainchecks are to be presented, this fact must be announced prior to the tour or sales presentation.Wash. Admin. Code § 308-420-230
