Section 308-19-310 - Prelicense examination requirements for bail bond recovery agents

Each applicant for a bail bond recovery agent license or endorsement shall pass an examination demonstrating their knowledge and proficiency in all of the training requirements set forth in WAC 308-19-305. Applicants who fail to achieve a passing score of eighty-five percent will be required to wait a minimum of seven days before reexamination and pay the required reexamination fee.
