Section 296-874-20048 - Protect employees from weather hazards(1) You must prohibit work on or from scaffolds during storms or high winds unless both of the following are met: (a) A competent person has determined that it is safe for employees to be on the scaffold;(b) The employees are protected by either: (i) A personal fall arrest system; or(2) You must make sure wind screens are not used unless the scaffold is secured against the anticipated wind forces.Wash.
