Section 296-806-47004 - Safeguard nip points of roll-forming and bending machines

(1) You must safeguard in-running nip points on roll-forming and bending machines with at least one of the following:

(a) A point-of-operation guard or device.

(b) An emergency stop device.

(2) You must use an emergency stop device when a point-of-operation guard or device is not feasible.
