Section 296-806-42558 - Follow these requirements for chocolate melting, refining, and mixing kettles(1) You must provide a cover to enclose the top of the kettle.(2) You must make sure the bottom outlet of each kettle is designed so the operator cannot: (a) Reach in to touch the revolving paddle.
