Section 296-56-60213 - Jacob's ladders

(1) You must make sure Jacob's ladders are of the double rung or flat tread type. They must be well maintained and properly secured to the dock.

(2) You must either hang a Jacob's ladder without slack from its lashings or be pulled up entirely.
