Section 296-45-52515 - Series streetlighting(1) If the open-circuit voltage exceeds 600 volts, the series streetlight-ing circuit must be worked in accordance with WAC 296-45-215 or 296-45-385, as appropriate.(2) A series loop may only be opened after the street-lighting transformer has been deenergized and isolated from the source of supply or after the loop is bridged to avoid an open-circuit condition.Wash.
