Section 296-24-73501 - Scope

This section applies to all permanent places of employment, except where domestic, mining, or agricultural work only is performed. Construction work is not to be deemed as a permanent place of employment. This section covers all walking-working surfaces unless specifically excluded by an individual paragraph of this section. Where used in Part J of this chapter.
