Section 296-200A-370 - How is the appeal hearing conducted?

The hearing process shall be conducted according to chapter 34.05 RCW, Administrative Procedure Act and chapter 10-08 WAC. All appeals of the administrative law judge's decision shall be to the superior court according to chapter 34.05 RCW.
