Section 296-150F-0030 - How is this chapter enforced?(1) To enforce this chapter, we or another governmental inspection agency will inspect each factory-built house and commercial structure that is sited in Washington. Inspections will be conducted during normal work hours or at other reasonable times. (See WAC 296-150F-0070.)(2) We will inspect each unit as required by the codes. (See WAC 296-150F-0500.)Wash.
