Section 296-150C-0850 - Roof loads

All roofs must be designed to sustain loads as follows:

(1) Dead loads plus a minimum unit live load of 30 lb/ft2 (2 months load duration); and

(2) A vertical net uplift load of 9 lb/ft2 (1 day load duration).
