This chapter also applies to the installation of plumbing equipment in any commercial coach bearing or required to bear a department insignia. Plumbing fixtures, equipment, and installations in commercial coaches must conform to the provisions of the Uniform Plumbing Code and the amendments adopted by the State Building Code Council, except part 1, unless specifically exempted or required by this section.
