Section 284-24D-350 - How are economic damages allocated under RCW 48.140.030 (10)(b)(iii)?

If the reporting entity makes indemnity payments to a claimant, the reporting entity must allocate economic damages based on documented evidence obtained during the claim resolution process. Reporting entities may not allocate using a fixed formula, such as fifty percent of total paid indemnity, to economic damages.
