Section 260-16-075 - Nonprofit race meets exempt from the requirement to collect and distribute owner's bonus and breeder's awards

Nonprofit race meets, as defined in RCW 67.16.105(1) and 67.16.130(1) are exempt from the requirements to collect and distribute owner's bonus and breeder's awards as outlined in this chapter.
