Section 246-919-475 - Expired license
(1) If the license has been expired for three years or less, the physician must meet the requirements of chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 2.
(2) If the license has been expired for over three years, the physician must:
(a) Reapply for licensing under current requirements as stipulated in RCW 18.71.050(1)(b) and WAC 246-919-330; and
(b) Meet the requirements of chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 2.
