Section 246-841A-535 - Alternative training programs-Student certification requirement(1) A student who takes a home care aide-certified alternative program must be a home care aide-certified prior to beginning the program. Home care aide-certified means any person certified under chapter 18.88B RCW.(2) A student who takes a medical assistant-certified alternative program must be a medical assistant-certified prior to beginning the program and hold a current certification from one of the certifying organizations in WAC 246-827-0200(2), as defined in chapter 18.88A RCW.Wash.
