Section 246-10-303 - Form and content of summary actions(1) A summary action must be entered in the form of an order containing findings of fact, conclusions of law, and the summary action imposed, as well as a statement of policy reasons for the decision.(2) Except as otherwise required by law, a summary action imposed by emergency adjudicative proceeding under chapter 18.130 RCW must be limited to those actions necessary to alleviate an immediate threat to the public health, safety, or welfare.(3) Except as otherwise required by law a summary action imposed by emergency adjudicative proceedings under chapter 34.05 RCW must be limited to those actions necessary to alleviate an immediate danger to the public health, safety, or welfare.(4) Initiating documents, and all other documents required by WAC 246-10-201 or 246-10-202, must accompany a summary action order when served.Wash.
