Section 230-17-190 - Information required on a petition(1) If not submitted on standard forms, petitions for rule making must follow the requirements of RCW 34.05.330(4) and include: (b) The reasons for: (i) Adopting a new rule; or(ii) Amending an existing rule; or(iii) Repealing an existing rule.(2) When someone is: (a) Proposing a new rule, the petition should include:(i) The text of the proposed rule; and(ii) A description of the new rule requirements; and(iii) A description of the effects of the new rule.(b) Amending a rule, the petition should include:(i) Title and number of the rule, for example, "WAC 230-03-040 Signing the application"; and(ii) The text of your proposed rule change; and(iii) A description of the effects of changing the rule.(c) Requesting repeal of a rule, your petition should include: (i) Title and number of the rule; and(ii) A description of the effects of repealing the rule.Wash.
