Section 230-07-085 - Compensating gambling management and operations personnel(1) Charitable or nonprofit licensees must not base compensation for any employee taking part in the management or operation of the gambling activities on a percentage of the receipts or income derived from the operation of the gambling activity.(2) Licensees must pay employees taking part in the management or operation of gambling activity a wage that is reasonable under the prevailing local wage scale for comparable employment.
