Section 173-901-020 - Applicability - Who must comply with the chapter?This chapter applies to:
(1) Manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, installers, and retailers of brake friction materials that are sold or offered for sale in Washington state; and(2) Manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers of motor vehicles containing brake friction materials that are sold or offered for sale in Washington state.Wash.
